I could never get a perfect conversion using that (or anything else come to that), but by experimenting with the many settings for a few hours did improve things dramatically.
I use Project X and all it does is demux the video and audio streams. It doesn't transcode or convert anything, so the output video and audio is bit for bit exactly the same as the input.
I then remux the streams with ifoedit and burn to dvd.
Think I'm going to give Project X a try one day. I've got it, but chose to use PVAStrumento instead (along with a whole bucket load of other foolproof methods ), which also is supposed to just demux, but actually produced vomit.
I really don't want to have to get a degree in geekology to burn a stupid DVD, know what I mean?
