Hello,

As per subject line - is anyone having a problem receiving this channel on 10974H? I have a good signal on this but the video and audio is stuttering. Gubernia TV on the same TP is perfect.

Yesterday it was playing up around 11ish when i checked it.
 
Cant understand the Russian but seems to be ok here atm CJ.

Some medical drama on.
 
Same here, video and audio not wathable.
 
Strange absolutely no problems noted here in the last 10 minutes.
 
No problem here although video quality is very 'soft' Looks like an off air relay probably due to the low bit rate.
 
Yeah the video quality itself is crap but good enough for me. I know RimaNTSS uses an Enigma2 box - as do I - so wondering if it's an issue with that. I can't get 53E with my Fibo (LOS problems) so don't know what it's like on the Dr HD F15.
 
On DM8k picture and sound plucked, than on GB_Quad even worse- sometimes black screen appears. Yes, Enigma2 on both receivers. Have no idea what is going on.
 
Always fine here however note that it's a feed. It's for outside reporting generally. I've seen it change randomly between EBU feeds, russian cable channels and channels from the VGTRK. There are more of them out there, 5 if I can remember correctly.
