hey guys,

i have an old receiver bamed ASTON SIMBA. it has two CAM slots/ with built in cams. card directly goes in. I have an original card but it does not seem to work or give card error. but i know the card is good because on the other receivers its working.

hoow can i fix this problem?

can i download new software for the cams/slots?

and where can i find this software?

If it's very old, you will need to update the firmware to enable Via2.

Obtain the latest version (V 4.09) OTA

Simply unplug the receiver from the electricity for a few minutes and only insert the card when the receiver is disconnected

Simbas suffer from 'hot plugging' on the card slots
