Yes I understand but i cannot see why they have on the market this viaccess 2.5 when is not tested fully. The smartcard i'm tring to use is a states card work fine before encryption but after that just scrammbeld

I have a pci slot card inside my computer for a tv satelite reciever, I can not open any adult channel, while I can do that throughout the ordinary reciever,
please is there any one know how to get me out of this problem?
my PCI Card is: Vision Plus
