DVB-NIP on 13.0E 12226 H was broken, the operator changed the protocol. The new version fixes this and implements a better and improved parser.

Also, it seems that the RAI DVB-NIP is no longer carrying any payload!

Do you think it is possible to get working the connected TV applications on the UK DTT network? as have tried all the HBBTV and MHEG applications on Enigma2 without success?

These are plain IPTV services.

Note that they will be almost certainly be of limited access via valid tokens. Otherwise you could just use VLC to watch those channels.

You need to extract the URL, for example using WireShark, and then determine if there are access checks via token, MAC, IP, etc.

None of this is the task of VMA Transport Stream Analyser.
