Having soent a couple of long nights writing up a few journals, and experiencing finger/wrist trouble in the morning (quiet at the back !), does anyone have recommendations of a - cheap - voice recognition package that puts what I dictate into a file.

It doesn't have to be word perfect, I can easily amend what the software interprets incorrectly, but any way of reducing the time typing would be useful

Ah, it needs Microsoft Office (which I have somewhere)
