Vu uno, VU Duo2, sky dish, 2 zone 2 dishes for 19.2 and 23.5. Satlink meter, rover STCeu meter. Tripod with a dish for messing around.

WANTED!

VU+ Duo.Twin Tuner. Due looking for one of these boxes, in good working order, preferably in box like new but not essential.

You'll be hard pressed to get one from anywhere other than from a dealer. They are selling out all over Europe at the minute. You have to pre-order with most dealers as they are sold out before they even arrive in stock.
 
Yep i see that, really depressing isnt it!! i spoke to someone at a website that sounds like a card (cant say name as i thik it is against rules) he said it is due to a lack of the Broadcom Chip.

Very annoying. :( question is do i pre order one and wait say a month or do i just check all the sites on a daily basis?!?! who is going to get it in stock first?
 
As far as I know, one of the forum sponsors is going to stock the VU+ Duo. It might be worth contacting them.

I used a German dealer to order mine. The service was good, they got the receiver in stock two days after I ordered and I took delivery two days later. But they are all out at the minute too, and the next delivery date is unknown. If I hear of anyone with stock, I'll post back.
 
Just ordered mine from skysat-europe

Confirmed that they have a few in stock now.

Little tip, If you pay in Euros it works out around a tenner cheaper than sterling even after your credit/debit card company charge you 2.5% for conversion.

My total in Sterling worked out at £393.38 including delivery to Northern Ireland

Not yet mate. When I spoke o the phone on Friday they could only do the transaction in sterling, I had to buy via the net to get it in Euros. They emailed to say they were getting more this week and I would have it within 1 or 2 days of them receving their stock from Belgium. Although they do cover themselves by saying it can take upto 14 days in the small print.
 
I dropped them an email, they said if i was to order today then it would be 12 days, they are out of stock till friday. Does anyone know if these boxes do the 442 feeds? How much did you get it for when you did it over the phone in sterling?

No they dont do 4:2:2 although from what I gather this may be implemented in the future.

Not yet mate lol. To be fair to them they have kept me informed about due dates. Below is the last I received

We anticipate the arrival of your box plus many others to our office on or around 27th or 29th March, which will mean we ship out to you same day if possible if not too late in the day, or next day at very latest via UPS, if they arrive at the end of the day.

I see. I too have bought from the same shop. But I did not get any such update from them. I have send them a mail asking for updates today.
Can you add your update regarding Schipol here?:)
 
It was not emailed to me but a friend who has also ordered from them. He received email on Wednesday 24/03

I had ordered almost one month ago, and have so far not received the box. On the other hand, lot of others who ordered from elsewhere already have received it. I am bordering on being suspicious now. When had you ordered?
