VU+Solo EPG question

Hello All I just got myself a VU+ Solo and I want to create my own Bouquet, I have gone in and out of menu's changed to expert mode but can't see anywhere how to create Bouquet or even how to add channels to a favourites list. Bit frustrating to say the least, Prob a woman thing lol.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Easiest way has got to be to do it on the PC with DBedit and then FTP it to the Vu+.
 
As above DBedit is easiest method.

Using remote control just press the menu key in the various channel and bouquet lists and you will see options to create bouquets, and add channels to bouquets.
 
Thank you for helping It took me a little time but have now made my very own fav bouquet just the way I like it and am really grateful for all of the advice.
