Watching TV and SAT from NET with DreamBox 800 ?

is it possible to watch tv/SAT from my dreambox via its Ethernet port? and what about bandwith requirements? and Can I manually set the resolution, frame per second or format settings like these? Are there any guy tried this?

yes mate. Check out the tutorials referring to Streaming using VLC. It's totally customizable to help reduce bandwidth requirements
