How do I change this to job done?
Actually the job was not completed as the only place the thing could go was a blockage to one or more satellites. Dish would not work with bracket the installers installed.
My advice to anyone buying the wave frontier t55 dish is don't. Save your money an buy a bigger cheaper dish.

The Wavefrontiers are well engineered dishes used by some serious hobbyists to get signals from multiple satellites into the house in one without the need for more than one dish.
However they wont work if theres an obstruction into their line of sight onto some of the desired satellites. No dish will.
Your "installer" obviously didnt do a proper site survey otherwise they would have told you the location was unsuitable.

The Wave Frontier dishes are totally excellent. :-thumbup
They are supplied with a bracket specially designed to be used with them.
The installer should have known that. You might have been able to get the blocked satellites with another dish and one or more LNBs.
Anyway, there is only one reason not to buy the T55 and that is if some signals are too weak. Then you should get the T90
