Put 19ºE dead centre on the bar, that way it will stay perfectly aligned when you skew the dish (assuming it was correctly aligned before you skewed the dish). And don't take too much notice where the calculator tells you to put the LNBs on the bar because by the time you get near the end of the bar you'll realise it is quite a bit out.

I meant Azimuth angle of T90 central satellite. For Godzillafan T90 azimuth angle is 152,2*. Paraphrase this definition than, I am not native speaker :-worship

So did I. Azimuth 152º is 28º east of due south. 10º is the width of your hand when held at arm's length, so, just under three hand widths to the left of due south. If you've got an Android phone you can download STK's augmented reality free app to help get a rough idea where the satellite is, or, use Dishpointer as a guide.

Decided to keep it on same side of house wall in back but I am going to drop the height about 2/3ft and I think the M6*36 bolts we put on are not strong enough as there was still movement in them.

M6 bolts is asking for trouble .
You need to be looking at M8 Rawlplugs at the very least to support the weight of the T90.
I have M10 rawlplugs holding up my T brackets and some people on here didnt think it would be suitable for the T90.

I'm using 80mm length M10 screws, into rawlplugs, and that is rock solid. Six bolts in total.

Dish is coming down - as dont want fall out with the neighbours known them for 11 years!

19E will use that as 0 - check (easier)

Screws - I was thinking M8 (so it fits in allocated holes) 80-100mm now as the other ones provided are carap and used one and 4 old sky coach screws.

dish will be about 2-3ft lower.

Need to know how to add a pic, so I can show you alternative position I can put this dish.

Yes because once you are on 19ºE central you tighten it all up and the only thing left to adjust is skew. Not having a central satellite means the azimuth and elevation will need adjusting again after skewing the dish.

Wow,the bracket for the T90 is massive .
If you get a chance could you measure its dimensions and how far it is offset from the wall as I'm planning on getting a T90 myself and I'd like to work out the logistics before I order.
If the bracket is too big I dont think my missus would allow it )(-red

You don't have to use that mount of course, If the dish is going flat on the wall, you could use 12" T+Ks or similar.

I'd definitely take it down 15 courses providing there are no line of sight issues. Not only will it be less obtrusive to your neighbours, it will be a lot easier to work on as you must be standing almost at the top of your ladder where it is now. You wouldn't get me working on a big dish like that up at that height.

i cant find a pole that is 60mm for the 90 for the tk's - thats why i am stuck there.

you mean I chopped it off and use that on the tk

how about the u bends that screw the pole and tk together - ebayjob or where can you pick upm cheap.

i need to find out tk and u bend and same pole chopped will fit together. Dont want to get half the gear and find parts dont mix together.

I will then use the tk and drop the ht by about 15 brick levels
and get that all together for next week.

Still loads of photos to come.

but here is my Blue Peter job of the bar with extra metal bits (not finished yet).

So my spread will go past 45E and all the way West I want as its all clear views and sky (backgarden is all South facing).

Yes, you can normally get various sizes of u-bolt from ebay, I had some 3" ones off there.

Yes, obviously check it all fits togther before hacking it off.

will a 12" tk with 3" bolts fit or do i need to get the next size up in order for larger u bolts to fit.

cant remember ever using a tk before

You don't need the next size up for sure. The ones I normally use are classed as 2.5 inch?, but will only fit a 2" pole, so 3" should be fine.

The T+Ks have slotted holes, but most probably need to drill an extra one, as they are designed for 2" poles. All easily do-able though ( as Ive done it)

Why dont you just use the bracket that came with the dish and use it lower down ?

basically the mount is big or some will say its a whopper. tks will be hidden behind the dish somewhat and not too much a eye sore. great moun, but next door not happy. need setup to work and if next door happy andthe other half not saying much about it. 24 lnbs here we come.
