Weird problem...

Hi all,

I am a newbie (duh), and I just got a VBox receiver that's hooked up to my DSL internet. When I was at the shop, all the channels were available (including the paid ones), but when I got home, I am able to watch only the free channels. I am referring to Hotbird channels. Any help?
 
Have you spoken to the shop about this?
 
Must have been set up with a card share on it. Connect the receiver to a broadband router.
