Hello!
3 days ago,i make a test,on the 3 -4 transponders, that swtich over to the new satellite, and the signal strenth, was the same, then before on astra 2d,so,when the process of complete transponder change is finish, its unclear for me at the moment, what signal comes now from Astra 1 N?

Nothing yet Turok. It's still on the move to 28E from its testing position at 1.8E - due sometime at the middle or end of October.

Hello!
on the net i found this information!

BBC Parliament moving to 10788 V 22000 5/6

11954 H 27500 2/3 (DSAT 7) BBC Red Button sports streams.
The BBC streams will be reduced from 7 to 5 which will mean a reduction of the Red Button Service on Freesat and Sky.
On October 7 BBC will cease transmitting from 12441 V bringing its transponders down to 6 from 7.
The changes are apparently as a result of BBCs economy drive.
On Freesat and Sky the changes will be carried out automatically, users of other satellite receivers will have to do a re-tune.[/TD]

The BBC are dropping a transponder to cut costs, this has nothing to do with N1 and at the moment no one knows if the transponders the Beeb are using will be swapped over to N1 once she gets to 28

The above is just telling viewers that one transponder will go and services will be moved to another transponder on 2D

There are a few posts on here about it

BBC Parliament is moving to 10788 V 22000 5/6 to enable Dignitas to receive the signal in Switzerland. This saves them a fourtune on drugs as the patients die from boredom.
