What channel is D+ and Cabo?

Hi there
Can anyone please let me know what these channels are - what sat are they on and
do they have different names? I've found C+ and canal, which are similar
names........
 
They're both bouquets, not single channels.

You can find Cabo (Portuguese bouquet) in Hispasat 30ºW:
