You can do it with a twin LNB with a motorised dish, but it would be problematic as far as the Sky receiver goes as it will keep losing signal from 28E.
The best option is a two dishes, one small one for Sky, plus a motorised dish.
Or you can have one large fixed dish with two LNBs on it, for 28E and 16E.
If you don't want to go motorised route and only want the one dish then as already discussed -
Install an 80cm dish aligned to 16e.
With the use of an LNb multi bracket, you can then install another LNb for reception of Sl<y at 28e. Two cables, one for DigitAlb and one for Sl<y receiver.
