what kind of stb can be use in philippines for free channel in dream tv.i have dish ku band and i get a good signal from agila 2.but my problem all channel is encrypted.i use star sat reciever..what kind i used to buy to all channel in dream tv for f

Most encryption systems are secure these days leaving only the option of card share available. For that you will most likely need a linux based stb beyond that it is unknown to me what you will be able to arrange however be aware we do not discuss pay servers on this forum.
 
The Phillipine pay channels on Agila 2 / ABS 5 are encoded in Nagravision 3. There is no hack for these so your options are card sharing or buy a subscription. Either way is going to cost you.

Please note - discussion of pay servers of any kind on this forum are strictly and absolutely forbidden on this forum.

what is card sharing?and do i need monthly subscription about that?.how it works that card?.i have a starsat reciever connected by agila 2 and all works well but all channel are encrypted.i think that card i want so that to insert the slot of my reciever.:)
 
Yes just get a monthly subscription to agila2, it is the best way

We dont know and dont really care, because this violates the "no discussion of pay server" rule.
