What software to use with a MkIII programmer?

Hi,

A friend has this brand new mk3 programmer from interesting devices. It is still brand new as he never used it (he is very busy). I would like to have a crack at using it and would like some kind info on what type of software to use with it. The one that came with it is in dos and has no help.

The programmer has a zif and also a small board you can insert in the zif to take different ic's.

If I use a program like icprog what do I need to do first. Say I want to program a silver card with 3 in one. I need to load the loader directly and then the bin file? Is the xxx.bin the loader (this is usually 8192 bytes).:o

This programmer is around a year old or a bit more. I know that interesting devices do not sell it any more. They must have changed its name or improved it somehow.
 
Hmmm, what is the name of the original DOS software, it may give a clue.
 
Interesting Devices have a pretty good web site and lots of contact numbers and email addys. Have you tried them to see if they can help?

Wow guys,

Yuo are surely fast. 2 replies in under 10 minutes is something. I will check with my friend the name of the software and will try interesting devices to see if they can help. They used to have a download section on the old design webpage but not anymore now. Will definately keep looking.
