[updated:LAST EDITED ON 24-Dec-01 AT 09:23 AM (GMT)]cozzy,

Look back on previous posts there is one a little way back, not very far that explains most CI cam versions, yours is amongst them.

The bit you should be most interested in as a little statement that says your cam is one time flashable (thats just once) and by the description you gave about the firmware it has already been flashed once.

It would also be better to state the firmware version of the CI CAM which will be displayed in the main Common Interface Slot1/2 menu, like MSM 46SE or V2.06, freeCam2.017 etc

Have a nice day,

Thanks for your reply Bthree,I had already had a look at the previous
posts, but what was confusing me was this post by 2old (one of the main men)

901205 - Euro/Irdeto II CAM (same h/w as aston 104/105)
- Irdeto v01.05
- softcell ver. 2.09; compiled 22/Sep/2000
- one-time flashable
- blue label warning: any and all modifications prohibited and prosecutable

As you can see about the blue label ,well my cam don't have any
warnings???Also I checked out the common interface, and all I could
find was,
Irdeto Freecam
SC:Type0201,State 0300 Nr 0000000001 Program:0000 State 0000
EMM 1fff Sub State: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

To be honest I am none the wiser, but I am trying to learn, any more help
would be appreciated,thanks in advance.

coz
