Where can version 1.3 of Windows Downloading application be found

The serial download procedure for UCAS v3.o and later require version 1.3 of Windows Downloading application, however I'm unable to find on the Matrix web site (or elsewhere). Assistance to find the application is appreciated.

I take you want the 1.3 ucas loader m8?....if it is http://www.matrixcam.com/download.htm then download 'Matrix Reloaded 1.01 (Not 101 upd!) it's packaged in the zip file m8.
