What about sci-fi mature content like nimpho's from mars. I only watch them for the cool sci-fi gadgets like phasers and stun guns..

It has to be Dr Who for me, with the ORIGINAL Star Trek a close second. There were other sci-fi related series like Hammer House of Horror, Hammer House of Mystery and Suspence, Twilight Zone, The Outer Limits, etc, which were all good, so in a way it's hard to pick one.

Having recently watched the pilot episode of Stargate Atlantis I think this may be a future contender.
Though I am afraid that Scifi is becoming somewhat predictable.
