Hi,
Why is it not possible to use one of the two readers in the DM7000 with gbox.
Is it possible to "program" the card reader device driver to talk at 3.5xx Mhz, or is there a hardware limitation? In the latter scenario, is a hardware mod possible?
Can anyone recommend a suitable source for an external reader?

Yours with a thoroughly modded revision 1 DM7000,
David.

I presume your talking about using gbox with the card reader in your dreambox, its not possible since the gbox author claims the port isnt fast enough to read bskyb cards, however many people just think he is lazy ;p. A good place to buy one would be maxking (google it) for like £15 you can get a smartmousepro or whatever they are called :) they do 3.57mhz and 7 :)

Enjoy
