Will it work on Dreambox?

Hello,
I have a Sky subscription incl. Sky Sports, but I am thinking of ditching the box, and using the card in a Dreambox 500 instead. However there is one thing I am not so sure about.
With the current Sky box, on champions league nights (or anytime there are a lot of games on at one time) I can choose which game I want to watch by pressing the red button, eg. on BBC at the moment with Wimbledon and Glastonbury.
I know that the BBC red button feature works on the Dreambox, instead of pressing the red button, I can use channels called STREAM-1, STREAM-2, STREAM-3 etc. up to STREAM-6.
My question is, can I do the same with Sky, during Champions League nights or World Cup etc.?

The simple answer is yes you can but you will need to edit some of your settings.

At present they will show as data but if you change them to TV it works.

If you use the search facility on the board you will find more info on this.

ps Use CCcam and the default cfg to use your card.;)

Thanks for the info, I had to do the same for the BBC streams, I used DreamboxEdit for those too. Do you know the names of the Sky streams?

The channels are in this list, just use DBEdit to import them into your box

The fact that you are saying the above suggests you are using a commercial card shard stb, discussion of which is forbidden on this forum. A password is normally applied to stop people copying the details of the setup. Thread closed
