I'm having the same issue here. I've heard that apparently the BBC have left some information out of the Transport Stream on 12.422H and some boxes can't lock onto it. Which actually includes using Manual Tuning on Sky if you are in ROI and don't have it on the EPG.

Works fine here (weak transponder though but FEC 2/3 makes it easy to get) both with a VU+ DUO2 and a Vantage 8000S.
 
Good reception from Northern Italy too (with a 180 cm dish..). This is one of the weakest TP :(
BTW, there's something strange in the mux config:
ALTDvb locks the TP but cannot identify the channel's correct names:

On my TM5402 I was searching FTA only and it was not locking the channels. I have used all channels mode in the search and it has worked. I will try on my Humax later.

Just tried on TM5402 MK1 and MK 2/3 FTA scan picks them up ok for me as well as TV only scan and all channels scan.
