Windowsxp is blocking DB

My Satellite Setup
dreambox500S. IBM laptop windows XP. Dail up.
My Location
USA Northeast
Windows is blocking dreambox from lan connection, I do not how to stop it from blocking DB.

windows xp that is. I was trying to connect today and a window came up and ask, do you want to unblock dreambox, I clicked yes and got conneceted I had a little trouble up loading file but I did. then when I went to manual update it was upgrading, but it got stuck in upgrading and the bottom of the screen was blank. well I pulled power after 15mins and then I had to reload image, but I could not get connected again. first it comes on then right away windows shuts it down. Help!
 
Download and install a half decent firewall, something like Zone Alarm and then disable the crap windows firewall :mad:

Zone alarm is free from their website :D

It will be windows firewall that is blocking the connection.
