My Satellite Setup
Dreambox 8000 HD,
80cm Orbital Satellite Dish
Motorized
LNB with 2 outputs, 2nd output leading to upstairs and using Dreambox 500S.
Pioneer VSX-1018AH-K Amp/Receiver,
My Location
Stockton-on-Tees, Cleveland
a monoblock LNB with 2 outputs on an 80cm Dish 1st output connected to a motor and then to the technomate receiver and then the 2nd output on the LNB connected to a SKY Digibox..

Would this work??

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

No, don't think so, as most monobloc LNBs have a 6 degree separation and you would need to make a dummy satellite to enable the Sky side to be in the correct position and the Digibox does not have a DiseqC facility. You would be better to have a separate dish for Sky. :)

It would work with a just a TWIN LNB though. I had this once and it did work. The sky box kept having hiccups though, so as rolf says a separate dish is much better.
