Hi, I ordered this box yesterday and it should be with me later in the week, I've noticed a few of our members own one, and wondering if you would post your findings please +/-,

I will only be using it for scanning only myself, and transponders will be deleted on a regular basis, thanks in advance for any information.

I have 2 x2 premium receivers. It is by far the fastest blind scanning receiver I have ever tested and its tuner is quite sensitive. I have heard that a newer model is to be released shortly. You will not be disappointed, especially if it's to be used just for scanning.

Thank you Costactc, I will put it at the side of the skybox f3s and report my findings, once it arrives.

Hi, I have just taken delivery of this box, I've only done one test against the skybox f3s, and the X2 wins hands down on scanning speed and matched it for TPs picked up,

I did the test at 4w FTA only, Blind scanning with both STB,

skybox f3s time taken (6.19) 69 channels found,

X2 time taken (3.37) 69 channels found,

I will do a few more tests on scanning, and test its sensitivity and report back.

I too received 2 remotes, 4 in all. Give the x2 a shot on a really tough tp, more then likely to pick it up as its tuner sensitivity is almost equal with my technomate 5302.

Yes its certainly got a sensitive tuner, its matched all that the f3s does, faster blind scan and as accurate great little box for my needs.

Drat. Haven't had any new toys for a while.

I'll keep a weather eye on the usual sources and hope something turns up.

It a nice box G, it will need a little work inputting satellite positions for the normal user, but I will be using it just for scanning, I will keep an eye out for you G, and post a few screen grabs of the functions after breakfast,

Looks similar to many others (Unsurprising, I guess): I'd rather hope that the Theme can be changed - that one's not exactly to my taste!

Ah, the old syntax problem. Thanks, Pete.

I assumed that they'd be nearer the £50 (Other Currencies are available) mark, but sadly not.
