Xcam help needed please!

Hoping someone can help! Trying unsuccesfully to update my Xcam from v1.04 using Xcloader programme. My receiver is Humax F1-CI. The download from pc works and transfer message appears, but when receiver is restarted the version number is the same in the CI menu. Tried all versions of Xcam update up to latest. Use the clear.bin file.
