Zon HD Channel problem

Hopefully someone can help me please! I had a tv cabo box which was working fine, I upgraded to the zon hd+ box and it is working the same as before but the hd channels are saying there is no signal. Is there anything I need to change on the dish as the normal channels are coming through clear but I'm not getting anything on the hd channels which is what I got the box for. And yes I am subscribed to receive the hd channels.
Thanks to anyone who can help as I have no idea what it could be!
 
Just a thought

Are you using the recevier straight out of the box ?

If the receiver has a manual scan facility then try a rescan as it might be the HD channels have changed parameters since the unit was shipped out to you and the original channel list is out of date.

Hi thank you for your response, i have tried changing the permeters to the ones you have suggested but when i save them it keeps going back to the original settings which are as follows.



network id 54
base freq 11811
polarisation horizontal
symbol rate 27500




This is what i get on the mod perameters page.
 
The base frequency is still valid, though from there the receiver would have to perform a network search to find the others. Unless there is a 'network on' setting available onscreen you may have to ask for a firmware update (which may occur after a full factory reset). New information on transmissions should then be added to the scanning parameters.
 
Thank you channel hopper for helping but i have tried a factory restore then an update and it still wont let me change the settings. I cant understand it, the only settings avalible to change is the ones above and it wont even let me do that.
 
Highly unlikely. I trust you are pointing to Hispasat grouping at 30W, and the other channels are coming in fine,
 
yes all the other channels are fine but saying no signal for the hd channels
