Point your dish at 42East then put on a 0.2 then tell me which is the better signal.

Sorry i can't see 42 east as there are some trees in the way - my limits are 28 east to 30 west - The tests i did were on 1 west with feeds - the
weak signals on a Humax 2000hd when i tested were only 47 signal and 98 quality - quite a few people have not been able to lock on to signal.
The Lnb's i tested were Titanium 0.2 - Ivacom 0.3 -syntax 0.3 -Sharp 0.5 and Cambridge 0.7

How the hell do you get a lock on 1w ? I have tried with a minidish and 0.3 lots of times and not even a sniff.

I use a digisat 204 meter and i install for a living, i live on the south coast, so whats your secret dude ?

No secret, just plenty of experience and a decent spectrum meter.
It locked like I said and if you 'install for a living', you'll know what I mean by marginal:

5db is the best i can get which is not good and that`s on a clear day.
