Cheers, yep - that's pretty much identical to the one I'm using! Got a couple of them knocking about from a while ago. :)

Might have to look at getting rid of the screw and using a cable tie on the dish LNB holder if I do decide I want 7°E rather than 28.2°E at some point. As you say @ozumo the adjustment of these LNBs is pretty easy with the long thin neck!
