zone 2mini dish for artsport reception

have a query

Im in northumberland UK an my friend up the street has a humax vafox receiving art sports from hotbird 13 east with a Zone 2 sky mini dish

My question been would any receiver work in my area on zone 2 mini dish to receive artsports hotbird here in northumberland
i know alittle knowalge about transmitted footprints but just wanna know if its just the humax has a good tuner an works with zone 2 mini dish ,or any receiver in my area would work too
 
Don't know specifically about the Humax but a Zone 2 minidish is large enough for reasonable reception.

Due to its design it's supposed to be the equivalent of an ordinary 60cm - 65cm dish. This makes it just on the borderline so in heavy rain your signal stands a good chance of disappearing.

i will when i get round to choosin a receiver
nothing spoiling il wait till bad storm if i loose it then il go for bigger dish
if i get away with it fine :)

I'd say Yes, I live in North wales I received it with over %75 strength using sky zone 2 dish.
