Türksat-5a and new ku band??

They've been on 13428, 13508 and 13628 V and 13628H so far, plus 13650V (band edge).
The beacon on 13401V varies in power quite a lot.

@aloco Do you know what is likely to be carried on these channels?

I don't know, but I don't think it's for watching TV.
Because you'll need extra lnb to watch TV

Below threshold on my 1.2m dish but the 1st DVB that I've seen. They were only on for a couple of minutes.

13444V 2800 3/4 8PSK
13446V 1300 5/6 8PSK

The spectrum is at the point, on the waterfall, where 13628V at the same time as these DVB signals. There is also a dot at 13428 where that was on for a few seconds. The beacon, at 13401V, varies in level. (13560 is spurious)

Good spot - iv'e been concentrating on Ka this afternoon so missed the activity on 30.8 E
Will swap back over.
 
Testing seen on 13428H, 13468V (new), 13508V, 13548V (new) & 13628V over the past hour (1140 UTC)

... Along with yours was also 13587 V.

Here's a spectrogram covering about 15 minutes ending at 11:58 UTC
Signals are: 13468, 13508 & 13548 all V. The beacon power drops during tests and is just visible on 13401V.

They are testing with carriers and something 36MHz wide . I'm not sure if it is DVB but it looks more like Gaussian noise. The total power in the 36MHz signal is about the same as the carrier level.

If this is the level I'm going to get, I'll need 4-6dB more to receive DVB
