On 10°E you have hypermux for EBU in NS4.
I do not have demodulator for NS4 so i can't see / access layer 2 transport for NS4 (OSI model).

You can technically decode 4:2:2 with any Enigma2 box by streaming it over the network via Openwebif. It's just a case of connecting to the Openwebif IP (ethernet cable is a must over wifi), downloading the M3U of the current channel and opening it in VLC. This is what I did for all of this week's shows.
Although, there's a known bug with the Octagon SF8008 in that it will become unresponsive after a short period when tuning to a high bitrate 4:2:2 feed, whether you are streaming it over LAN or just leaving the receiver on the feed.
