Astra 1L is starting to move away to the east, I redid all the measurements of the telemetry and beacon signals, of the various satellites. I realized that I had previously made a mistake, I inverted the telemetry signals of 1L with those of 1KR.

The Telemetry/Beacon signals at 19,2°E, are associated as follows:

Astra 1KR = 11196.00 H (TM+Beacon) / 11712.00 V (TM+Beacon)
Astra 1L = 11205.00 V (TM+Beacon) / 11445.50 H (TM+Beacon)
Astra 1M = 10943.50 H (TM+Beacon) / 11708.50 (TM+Beacon)
Astra 1N = 11441.00 H (TM+Beacon) / 11453.00 V (TM+Beacon) / 11703.00 V (Beacon)
Astra 1P = 10956.00 V (TM+Beacon) / 11449.00 H (TM+Beacon)

next two day 1l start move

From the TLE data, it seems that Astra 1L is entering an inclined orbit... with that 0,1° inclination it is right at the limit of the geostationary orbit. In the coming weeks, if it continues to increase, it will mean that it is entering an inclined orbit.

In the meantime, Astra 3B is already in an inclined orbit, having exceeded 0,1 degrees.

If we examine the launch data of Astra 1KR, 1L and 4A (formerly Sirius 4), built on the A2100AXS platform, 1L is the one that consumed the most fuel during the LEOP phase, having an perigee of only 250 km.

Astra 1KR Date launch: 20-04-2006 vehicle: Atlas V - Hp/Ha: 6212x35786 i: 23,97° - Platform: A2100AXS - Separated Mass: 4332 kg
Astra 1L Date launch: 04-05-2007 vehicle: Ariane 5 - Hp/Ha: 250x35952 i:6° - Platform: A2100AXS - Separated Mass: 4497.5 kg
Astra 4A Date launch: 18-11-2007 vehicle: Proton - Hp/Ha: 7030x35786 i:17,3° - Platform: A2100AXS - Separated Mass: 4385 kg

The same is true if we examine the launch data of 1M and 3B, which are on the same platform (E3000), the 3B, launched aboard Ariane 5, had an perigee of only 250 km and not by chance has already entered an inclined orbit.

Astra 1M Date launch: 05-11-2008 vehicle: Proton - Hp/Ha: 4980x35786 i:21,5° - Platform: Eurostar E3000 - Separated Mass: 5320 kg
Astra 3B Date launch: 24-03-2010 vehicle: Ariane 5 - Hp/Ha: 250x35786 i:3° - Platform: Eurostar E3000 - Separated Mass: 5471 kg

In the last few days, there have been several feeds, on transponders 9,24,26,28,30 and 32. So I was able to make measurements, to establish from which satellite they are emitted.

Txp-9 = 1P
Txp-24 = 1M
Txp-26 = 1P
Txp-28 = 1M
Txp-30 = 1N
Txp-32 = 1N

In the last few days, there have been several feeds on 19,2°E. I have been able to identify most of them, on which satellite they came from. To my surprise, I found that transponder 16 is on Astra 1KR.

For those interested in the feeds on Astra 1KR, there is currently one active on frequency 11429 V, SR 9875, FEC 3/4, Modulation DVBS2/8PSK. It is not in clear, but encrypted in BISS.

This feed has been turned on in the afternoon for at least 4 or 5 days.

what channel use feed biss ?>
There is no rule, the one that broadcasts free, if they discover it the next day, it could be in Biss, those that broadcast in 4:2:2 usually maintain the format and do not switch to Biss, these last Germans in general, you need a PC with a satellite card or a receiver that allows streaming to the PC like Enigma2.Feed with reference ITA xxxxx whatever they usually use Biss in general.
Here you have a website that almost has the links up to date, in general they have their hours, excluding international events and weekends.

In this subforum I put the links that I see active. That last from 10 minutes to hours. There are many events on weekends, from lunches with Olaf Scholz, football matches, skiing, the 80th anniversary of Auschwitz, Mass for the deceased Dana in Spain, the German elections, it was crazy, there was not enough time to put them all up.Minimum antenna for the Astra at 19'2ºE, 85cm and some of them nothing, better with a bigger antenna.
============================
