As I indicated, in the astratv.es notes, it stated that the payment is €72 per year and the customer is responsible for the bank charges for payment. As I indicated, this opens the door to orders from abroad.

Intenta dar de alta y meter los datos de la tarjeta para saber si la admiten.
Como indique, en las notas de astratv.es, ponia que el pago es 72€ anual y es el cliente quien asume los gastos bancarios para el pago, como indique, abre la puerta a pedidos de "fuera".
Les mande hace unos minutos una consulta a Padredefamilia, si se la compras, te la mandan al extranjero.
Ya comentare la respuesta.
Pero el que quiera la puede hacer por su cuenta.
Anoche comento un forero que ya la tenia activada (Gigablue quad 4K) que solo le deja ver/grabar un canal.
Uno de una isla indico que el instalador le comento que se pueden pedir mas tarjetas asociadas a un domicilio y tenían descuento.

The card was tested in a CI+ receiver by a user with a Gigablue Quad 4K.
It only allows you to watch and record the same channel; you can't watch another channel at that time.
I think the LG you have is the same.
A forum member tested it on a TV not listed on the astratv.es website, and it works fine. They didn't mention anything about channel recording.

The PCMCIA registration/activation process is slow and causing problems. We'll have to wait for it to improve, and then these issues will surely be resolved.

Probada la tarjeta en un receptor con CI+ por un usuario con Gigablue quad 4K.
Permite ver y grabar el mismo canal, nada mas, no se puede ver otro en ese momento.
Pienso que el LG que tengas, igual.
un forero probo en una TV que no esta en el listado de la web astratv.es y funciona bien, no comento nada de grabación del canal.

El tema del registro/activacion de la PCMCIA va lento y da problemas, toca esperar a que mejore y ya se sabrán estas dudas seguramente.

Since the added channels are already available FTA (i ve got them all)
Will other operators in Europe follow the same trail?
In which case buying the required stuff makes sense?(DV-I/HEVC,4K)
Wonderful for Spanish expats and lovers of Spain!
Or is it....just Spain?
btw France has 2 equivalent systems,Fransat and TNT sat... work on stanbard tvs and you buy a receiver for about 120E,get 4 years free,then buy a card for about 50 E....all over europe,just buy the receiver while in France
