Nothing wrong with your open box for finding feeds.

Are the feeds being beamed in your approximate direction - you can scann all you want but if they are being transmitted on a different beam into a different continent you arent going to get them.

Yes.feeds are transmitted in my area. One of my friend is getting same feed. But he is not ready to help me. By the way I am from India.
Is it possible that my STB or LNB is not able to scan those frequencies.

Sounds like your friend wants to keep all the Betfair money for himself and not share technology just in case you reduce his profits on the In Play betting.

If it is the Cricket feeds you want for Betfair In Play betting they are transmitted in C Band from 68.5E and 100.5E. However, you need to have the BISS codes to clear the pictures but I am sure you know the forum that will give you these codes.

If the feeds are in 4:2:2, you will need either a computer to clear the pictures or a 4:2:2 capable receiver such as a Tandberg or an AZ Box

No I can't see the feed. I knew the frequency on which the feed is running. But when I add Frequency symbol rate and polarisation correctly it says no program. I know that signal strength is always about 50-60 % of feed. So is it possible that my stb skips it due to low strength??

What is the frequency, symbol rate & other technical parameters of the feed?

And what type of lnb are you using? (Ku or C-band)

Can you get any of the H polarity tv channels? There seems to be plenty of them to aim at to begin with.

Feeds are often MUCH weaker than the broadcast channels. What size dish is your friend using?
