And there are another two stands I made for another antennas, same design.
Thanks for these pics, if Dave can get some 90 mm pole he can weld some " cross " legs, like you have done. That is if you don´t mind me copying your design. It won´t need the welded nuts as they are already on the mount.

Those clamps are pants. They put a dent in the pole. Makes it impossible to correctly adjust.

Have you tried the Russians in beniofer near the motorway exit on industrial estate in left, they have huge choice of profiles only problem is they come in 6 metre lengths but are very reasonable priced.

Thanks for the thought, my friend Dave who runs a local metal business, uses them all the time. They only supply 80 or 100 diameter tube, so it´s a no go. I have found out that FTE make a 89mm ground stand, just trying the cheapest place to sort it. Should have ordered it this weekend, Black Friday , but got tied up with other things:-dohprobably cost me 15% more now!

What you are after is 3" NB pipe, which is 88.9mm OD usually around 5.4mm wall thickness

You got any in the shed? With that I could make a mount that could survive the Mysterons!
Got 1.5mts laid in the garden waiting to be used, this stuff will not bend when you tighten the bolts if you weld a bit of plate over the top.

Might be a bit over the 22kg you can take on the plane.

Nice thought, but the wife is in Southampton, how good is your throwing arm!:-rofl2
Not that good. I know Southampton is down south but I don't think it will roll that far down the M1

My Satellite Setup
1.8m Dish, most Sky and Freesat receivers, 80cm on Illusion motor and Dreambox DM7025, TDT, TDT HD, Ariva 100e,
My Location
Gandia, 70kms south of Valencia, Spain
With the three UKTV group channels going free to air, and joining freesat soon, , on 12129 UK beam, here is what I am getting 70kms south of Valencia:

Here, on my 80x85cm dish, with IUBS, :

12129 is coming in at 6.5db....

For comparison :
BBC ITV C4 freqs are coming in at about 7 to 7.7db
apart from BBC News HD freq: 6-6.5db - channel comes and goes...
Five comes in at 8.5db

ITV1 HDs on 11053 and 11097 when on 2/3 were at 6-6.5db - channel comes and goes
ITV1 HDs on 11053 and 11097 now on 3/4 not available.

Will someday get around and see if with another LNB will help, as I have found the GI range of LNBs pull in ITV1HDs when IUB's did not...

Only use the GI twin now, best I´ve found even for a single installation, still use Goobay quad, when required

Update:

On the 80x85cm dish swapped the IUBS to a GI Single and then a twin.
Not much change in most of the frequencies I previously mentioned, but the two ITV1 HD frequencies were coming and going at 6db... not enough for lock or image, but something was just about coming in, where as with the IUBS nothing.

At last I have found a supplier for the 89mm tubing I required to make stands for the Laminas 1.8m dishes.
Just ordered 4 x 1.5m 89 mm x 3 poles, total cost including delivery, €70. When they arrive can get Dave to weld base plates on and then I can test one and post some pics of a " working " 1.8m Laminas.
Hopefully the poles should be here within 10 days, so figure time to make the base etc, two to three weeks and I can play!
