Also something at 11645V for several days signal is good but no lock for me... is it data or ns3?

I got my friend to scan it.On his Icecript receiver it comes in as HELLAS Sat on 3 W on his receiver

bTV 11581v3333 feeds looks like a new regular one, 11692V4937 Service Name: RV, EBU feed test card about BBC R&D - IBC 2016, 11645V is also active.
HELLAS Sat new sr 11569v1000 still test sounds.

That bTV feed is usually on 39°E. I think some of the feed traffic from Hellas Sat is appearing here now.

All these feeds appeared on TXP 1 on Hellas Sat, but that transponder now has a large DTH mux on it.
