Tried everything posted here but still no luck. I even started to wonder whether it was a different box but if it has the RF aerial connectors i think it's safe to expect it to have the RF modulator.

Yes I'm absolutely sure I loaded the right one. It had this menu without the RF options straight out of the box with the proper Technomate firmware, again with the latest firmware straight from the Technomate support site and then again with 2 M3 Phantom patches.
