Actually what do u mean by having the software but needing the firmware??

Just wondering if someone out there can help me, suddenly with my satellite receiver, wisplus c300, s i could not get any signal but I can turn it on and go to the "set up menu" etc. However if i connect it via other receiver (loop), i can get a proper signal and it works properly Thanks
