Dear, You need to reinstall the correct software again.I have this problem before. 1-Unplug The DSR. 2-Use Hyper terminal. 3-Press Z and keep prerssing the the plug the DSR. 4- Type 1 the send the attached software if you have boot : R3R 1.14 Good Luck
