    Hex file for Star-Sat Receiver?

    Hi there, I have downloaded a file SR-X3200cu from satsw.com but when I run the file to download to the receiver it gives a warning "Waiting BOOB" and when u click ok on it the download doesnt start. Can you please help. Amer.
