Hi everybody, Am facing a strange thing try to update, the receiver keep on saying Chip UPdate "retrying"... Can my agent install a password so thats why i can't update? the receiver LCD is showing 0 and i can enter 4 digits

am using a notebook XP with a USB2Serial convertor, btw i have tried it yesterday on a friend PC with my VxMullti i was able to erase and update the card, but using smart mouse mode1. i think it maybe the serial convertor, i should get a desktop.

i have programed it before on a different machine using prog 1.10.02 using a phoniex
