Can anyone tell a novice how to program a tit card with cas 2.

Havent tried it yet but its there....happy Christmas..

please help. I have a matrix rev cam(v2.04) a fun card 6 a echostar 3600ip and an invinity programmer. I am desperately trying (in vain) to upgrade to v 2.09. As i am relatively new to this could someone give me a step by step guide as how to do this.I have downloaded the new version from gmax...
