In the old analog days you could use an amplifier to increace the signal strenght. Nowadays you have to think of signal strenght and data strenght. Does anybody know of some hardware that can amplify both / simulate a bigger dish ? We have restriction on sat dish sizes here in Spain. BB

Could be a LNB problem. Not all LNB handels the frequenses correctly. If you have to do anything your self (you have to pay) try to replace the lnb, its cheeper than changing spliiter, modulators etc... BB

Many thanx. Might sound stupid but what is the "CAID" ? I can see in the readme file that there is emulation for Irdeto, Nagra, Viaccess, Viaccess2, Seca and Cryptoworks. Is Conax somehow supported as well? BB

Got a CAS3 programmer and a T-rex 4.6, a Magic Module and a X-cam. I need to "program" one of these cams so I can use my original Conax card. I was told that the T-Rex CAM could do it but cannot find any software to load. Have I been F.... by the shop or haven't I looked in the right places...
