Just a point about TWOF. That also came up at the Bar meeting in London last April. And the EU are considering it along with all aspects of the various Directives.

I will never cease to be amazed at the jubilation that surrounds people's discovery that an encryption system can be accessed using products that use allegedly illicit software, and their irritation when a broadcaster does something aout it. Is this a game, or something? Do you all honestly...
