I bought my receiver in Oman. I think this is similar to yours. I have been inputting the codes manually. Try again. Maybe you are pressing too quickly. If nothing happens , then maybe it could be due to difference in our software version loaded in the receiver.

Press the following buttons in the remote control in succession: yellow button (note: ignore the pin code) --->blue button ---> green button -----> menu button ) ----> the editor will appear on the tv screen
