You need all the 10 digits from your digibox serial no. I suggest you use the FTP option in Ultraedit's file menu and work directly with the cardserv.cfg file. You can edit and save without sending the file back and forth to your PC.

Ummm, I tried that a while ago and thought it worked. Have you changed the settings to allow 2 services? Cant remember where exactly that is but it did help.

Assuming you are on a network with DB, then the IP is the one set in "setup" and "expert" and "communication". Usually this is set to 192.168.0.24. Uncheck DHCP to keep it at the address you specify. Also uncheck the HTTP authentication in the expert settings. I use DCC.exe as it can both FTP...
