    In our area, it do happen already and it change more often then you through. in Nagra, one provider change their key twice aday, morning when they back to office and afternoon before they have their afternoon tea. another provider start changing key every two hours from morning till midnight...

    If you only need to program a ROM10 card, a 3.68 phoenix programmer. If the card ver higher than ROM10A39, you need send it to cleanup and down grade to ROM10A37 or ROM10A39. use nagraedit to send data to card. regards
