If you watch Das Erste HD, ZDF HD and/or Arte HD, don't update with the new software from Fortecstar's website!!!

Just nice to see the new software "helped" to get rid of some of the German HD channels' videos! Not like that problem wasn't there last year!

I received an email today with a Passion+ software update and I can confirm that I can get all four channels again :) It's not a public release yet, but hopefully this won't take too long. And if you read this, Fortecstar1, thanks again :)

Just a little update: After receiving the email on Friday last week saying "... and will have a software by the beginning of the week." (not might have, will have!) there is sadely still nothing.

I received an email today from FortecStar that there is supposed to be a new software at the beginning of the week.

Someone on satdudez said his receiver suddenly showed the Video PIDs 22394 (Das Erste HD), 22494 (ZDF HD) and 22594 (Arte HD). So far no one else confirmed that they had the same and entering them didn't help. It seems like Fortec Star have acknowledged there is a problem and hopefully something...

I entered both, vpid and sid.

I used the new software and entered the 5 digit video PIDs and still no luck.

Yeah, I know Das Erste HD and ZDF HD are only showing test videos at the moment. Thanks for posting your results too.

I've got exactly the same problem. I've got the Passion+ receiver and a couple of days ago I suddenly couldn't get a picture for Das Erste HD, ZDF HD and Arte HD, but sound on all three channels. All other HD channels were fine. Tried rescanning too and tried downgrading the firmware. No luck...
